We understand there are many circumstances which cause a person or family to have to give up their dog. If you find yourself in this situation, please fill out this form. This does NOT guarantee we can take your dog into our rescue but does let us know you need our help. Should we be in a position where we can take your dog into our rescue then we require ALL belongings of the dog be surrendered with dog. This includes blankets, toys, clothing, beds, crates, carriers, etc. that the dog is familiar with. This will help in transitioning the dog to a foster home and lessen the pain of losing his/her family. We also require a $50 fee to help us cover the costs of taking care of your dog while we're trying to find a new home for him/her. If your dog is not current on vaccinations then you must get this done prior to bringing him into our rescue once we have space and have approved taking him. Dogs on death row take precedence! Should we get a call from a pound/shelter that a dog on death row needs us then your dog will get bumped in line on the waiting list. Please allow us at least 2 weeks to secure a foster home once you submit this form.

            DO NOT ASK US TO TAKE YOUR DOG IF HE/SHE IS OVER 13 YEARS OLD AND/OR IS SICK. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DO RIGHT                                   BY YOUR DOG AND TAKE HIM/HER TO YOUR VET FOR EUTHANIZING WHILE BEING HELD BY YOU!
